My order has not been delivered, what can I do?
We do all we can to process and ship your order in a timely manner and all orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for that order. Once the package is in the hands of Royal Mail we have no more information than the tracking number provides. Royal Mail currently states that items are only considered lost after 10 working days from the due arrival date (1 day for 1st class and 3 days for 2nd class.) If your item has not arrived once this timescale has passed please get in contact and we will replace the item or refund. We can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive by a certain date and will not offer a refund unless guaranteed next day delivery has been paid for.
What if I need this by a specific date?
Our turnaround time is listed for each item, and varies. If you need an item by a specific date we will always do our best to accommodate but you must message us to approve this before purchasing AND include the NEED BY DATE as a note to seller during checkout. If we are not contacted or a need by date is not included with the order, there is no guarantee it will arrive for that date. If an order must be rushed or shipped Express, there may be an additional fee and if not purchased, the item will not be shipped as an rush order.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once your order is posted, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.
Why is the turnaround time different to delivery date?
Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times (the time it takes to make your order) are different than shipping times (the time it takes to deliver your order) and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our items range from 5-7 working days to 1-2 weeks. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing.
What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?
If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we are unable to remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, please provide a photo and we will of course replace the item with a corrected item at no expense to yourself.
Can I change my address on an order?
Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has been posted before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to repost the item. We will not repost your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item has not yet been posted, we try our best to change the address for you.
