Leavers Hoodie Terms & Conditions
1. Ordering From Us
1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our order process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
1.2 Our final acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.
1.3 Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once items are in production.
1.4 By placing an order through our website, you are acknowledging that sample hoodies have been made available to your school, and you have had the opportunity to view and try for size.
2. Product Liability
2.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing at sales@mancubprints.co.uk within 2 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
2.2 If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
2.3 All material and print colours shown on this website are only as accurate as your monitor allows. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations on finished products.
3. Payment
3.1 We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(d) where goods ordered by you are not available;
(e) if we do not deliver to your area.
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
3.2 Bounced cheques and payment errors may be subject to an administration charge.
3.3 Where orders are fulfilled in advance of payment invoices must be be paid within 30 days.
4. Cancellation of Contracts / Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to sales@mancubprints.co.uk before we have put your order into production;
4.2 You can return uncustomised goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less (if for any reason these costs have not been paid by you) the costs of delivery to us.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 and 4.3 will not apply where the product has been used.
4.5 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 and 4.3 will not apply where the product has been customised.
4.6 We do not accept the return of unwanted customised garments for any reason, or when the customer has ordered the incorrect size. Customised garments include any garment with bespoke print and/or embroidery. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
